Who is on the cross?

Easter.

The suffering of Christ didn't take away our sins, neither our suffering or pain.
If you are open to your suffering, which is to recommend - you will also be open to the suffering in the world.
That can, in the beginning, be very painful.

But in the long run it can be more painful to try to run away from the pain.

If you are open to the different feelings and thoughts in you, you will probably see that some of them can be very aggressive, either to yourself or to others. That is not unusual.
We live in a society witch premiers success. Newspapers, films and son on supports this idea.
But as we soon will find out, in the long run, there is no success story for non of us...

As we always strives to achieve more and more, we often will fail...
And then we criticize our selves. We often blame others but are secretly blaming ourselves.
But all of us will have troublesome experiences.
It is then a benefit if you can listen to your self. Who are you blaming? What do the thoughts say?

Is it then possible to be compassionate to yourself? Is it possible to listen to yourself as a parent listens to a child? Not trying to correct or condemn. Just hugging the thoughts let  your hands caress them and the breeze calming them.

Perhaps you can do something so the suffering can be a little bit more easy to handle next time.
Is it possible to say to yourself that it is okay to be no superman or woman?
You don't have to be successful, it's normal to make mistakes.

If you can do that, you will probably accept yourself.
And if you do that, you will see others pain and care for them too.

You will be aware of the suffering around you, and abroad. You will probably help the children i Syria in some way, and and so on.
You will to some degree feel their suffering, but the you know what to do with it; breath with it, hold it in the wind, give it space, and it will be easier ta handle.

And as everything is connected you will understand that it is important that you keep yourself in a good shape. Both inwardly and outwardly.
If you don't do that you will neither be good for your environment, nor for the people around you.
If you get too troubled you will not be good for anyone....

If you accept the pain in you and in others, you will also accept the earth's pain; for instance the climate change. And you will try to live in a way that will  burden the atmosphere with as little carbon dioxide as possible

You will also be aware of the big catastrophes that has happened in the history of the Earth.
For instance; the ice that 10000 years ago covered the northern part of the planet.

But you will not let all this overwhelm you, you will just know that things like that will happen and that will probably slow down your pace and your ambitions.
And you will be grateful to have lived in an era without this kinds of events.

But there are other terrible events going on right now, for instance the pain of the chickens, the pigs and the cows in their narrow areas.

If you are compassionate with yourself you will feel for them too.

They are all small replicas of Christ on the cross.

And if you feel their pain you will eat meat from ecological farm, or you will eat no meat or eggs at all.
And you have then reduced the pain of the world a little bit....
